Encounters 6

The Encounters 6 students study the Middle Ages and create two projects: a diorama and a shield/ crest.

They researched heraldry and designed their own crests on Day 1. On Day 2, they recreated their crests in clay. After being fired in the kiln, they painted them ("glazed" them) and then it was back to the kiln.
